Former Deputy Governor of Imo State, Prince Eze Madumere has urged the people of Ngor-Okpala to rally around Blyden Amajiriuonwu and vote him during Saturday House of Assembly Bye-Election.
Prince Madumere made the appeal yesterday, Thursday, through his Media Aide, Uche Onwuchekwa, saying that Amajiriuonwu will make a difference.
The former Deputy assured that the party will take steps to ensure his representation is worth their mandate.
His words: “I want to urge the good people of Ngor-Okpala to vote All Progressives Congress.
“Ngor-Okpala remains one of the strategic local governments that deserves critical investments.
“We cannot afford to continue to allow the huge natural resources in the local government lie fallow.
“Let’s trust the leadership of All Progressives Congress and rest assured that the dividends will never elude the people. Senator Hope Uzodimma 3R Government is ever ready to change the tide for good in Ngor-Okpala.
“Owerri Zone has witnessed quality project execution. Ngor-Okpala surely will not be left out. Let’s encourage Governor Uzodimma by voting the Amajiriuonwu Blyden in tomorrow’s election.
Madumere further encourage the people to come out en mass and vote in exercise of their rights to choose who represents them at the legislative arm of the government.
He also hammered on the need for the constituents to protect their votes and must not allow outsiders or hirelings of desperate politicians to have their way.
According to the statement: “I have no iota of doubt that All Progressives Congress will carry the day all things being equal”.
