Before I address the issue of the moment, I wish to advise Emelumba to make effort to see a psychiatrist before he runs into Ekeukwu Owerri someday because we all still need him.
I read with shock how Chief Declan Emelumba reacted to the Order Absolute Garnishee and execution levied against Zenith Bank Plc for refusing to obey the Order of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria.
Commissioner of Information & Strategy cannot operate like that and those around him applaud.
According to the Hon. Commissioner for information, he said that Appeal against the Judgment of the NICN has been lodged.
He is yet to make available to the public the Appeal number of the purported appeal that was filed.
Emelumba equally accused a party of resorting to self help. I suppose the self help he meant was the execution that was levied against the garnishee – Zenith Bank Plc
The documents backing up this execution were pasted at the conspicuous areas of each branch of the bank. It is there for all to see.
Mr. Emelumba has all of a sudden forgotten that he resorted to “self help” when he sealed the Fidelity bank branch at Ikenegbu to recover his judgement sum against the Imo State Government in 2017.
The same recklessness and cluelessness were exercised when they went to the High Court to produce a ‘jankara’ exparte Order, Ridiculing the Judiciary.
Emelumba in collusion with the Bank Staff in brigandage Mobilised Thugs who beat up Officials of the Court and abducted them to an undisclosed place.
