Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party has named former Presidents of the Senate, Bukola Saraki and Anyim Pius, with also former Kano State Governor, Ibrahim Shekarau, as special advisers to his campaign council.
Saraki would serve as special envoy to the Atiku and Anyim as a special adviser.
A statement by Atiku’s media adviser, Mr Paul Ibe, on Monday, stated that Shekarau is also to serve as a special adviser just as former Osun State Governor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola, and Senator Ehigie Uzamere.
It further stated that former PDP national chairman, Uche Secondus, was also appointed as technical adviser to the presidential candidate.
