The judicial process leading to the Garnishee order obtained by Eze Madumere MFR began in 2019, then Sen Uzodimma was not yet Governor of Imo State.
It started with Gov Okorocha through Gov Ihedioaha prior Gov Uzodimma came on board.
Eze Madumere MFR is a member of the Imo APC Coalition forces alongside Senator Uzodimma that fought Gov Okorocha to a standstill.
Madumere is still in good terms with Gov Uzodimma and Imo state Government.
Former DGov Madumere was in constant touch with His Excellency and AG COC Akaolisa wherein he allowed ample time for the Garnishee order obtained in 2021 to be settled out of Court amicably to no avail till the Garnishee order was executed on June 2,2022.
Former DGov Eze Madumere MFR is not in any way an enemy of Imo people or an agent to stop workers salaries.
The bogus, overzealous and gangsterism like reactions published by OPOCA in some local tabloids against Eze Madumere with certain threats therein is only junky and sycophantic to heat up the polity unduly and not acceptable.
SAVE IMO hereby urge His Excellency Gov hope Uzodimma to call these rascals Chief Rex Anunobi and Chief kingsley Ufere patented as the President and Secretary of the so called OPOCA high command to order.
SAVE IMO further advise Gov Uzodimma to call his brother and political ally Eze Madumere for an amicable settlement of the Garnishee order.
APC is going into general elections few months away against a formidable opposition party PDP and the new tsunami Labour Party with raging Peter Obi as Presidential candidate…This is not about time to incur unnecessary enemies for Imo APC but to make more friends.
