The intrigues and suspense of who will become the next president is not only affecting Nigerians but also the ruling party.
It is obviously very difficult for the ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS to make a choice from the numerous heavyweights who have come out to contest this very important position with the party. This is seen in the sudden postponement of their presidential primary election just few hours to the proposed exercise.
The National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress stated in a letter released this evening via the official twitter handle of the ruling party that: “A new date for the exercise will be announced shortly…” He also apologized for any inconvenience this might have caused the intending contestants.
