Burkina Faso Vs Senegal: AFCON 2021 Semi-Finals (1 – 3) On 2nd Feb 2022.
Senegal has been hoping to return back-to-back as AFCON finalist after they lost to Algeria in 2019.
The match took place at the Omnisport Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium in Yaounde and kicked off around 7pm GMT.
The two West African countries had earlier reached the final stage before but none of them had won it.
Senegal started slowly on their way to the semi-final but later scored more goals for the quarter finals.
Also, Burkina Faso and their young team also beat Tunisia to enter semi final.-
Burkina Faso vs Senegal were unpredictable but Liverpool forwarded Sadio Mane to show their pride although Burkina will their 19 year old striker Dango Ouattara.
Burkina Faso will have to put up a strong defense to stop the attacking speed of Senegal.
